基于Archard模型的热摆辗模具磨损研究 被引量:9

摘要 基于Archard磨损模型,建立了某型号汽车半轴的热摆辗磨损模型,利用Deform-3D软件并结合实验的方法,对汽车后桥半轴热摆辗成形过程中凹模一次磨损深度进行了分析,得到模具的磨损深度分布规律,结果表明:磨损最剧烈位置位于法兰台阶处和凹模筒形之间的过渡圆角位置;模具表面硬度的提高及摩擦因子的降低,模具一次磨损深度将迅速下降,模具的磨损量将大大减小,因此提高模具表面硬度和在模具表面涂覆润滑剂是减小模具磨损、提高模具寿命的有效措施。 Based on Archard's model,the die wear model of hot rotary forging for auto semi axle was built. The once-wear depth of die in hot rotary forging process was analyzed by the software of Deform-3D,and the distributing regularity of the wear depth was obtained. The result shows that the strenuous wear area is between the flange step and the transition radius area of cylinder-shaped die,and the oncewear depth declines quickly with the increasing of hardness and the decreasing of friction factor. Therefore,improving the surface hardness of die and coating the lubricant on the die surface are effective method to prevent wear and prolong die life.
