汽车前隔板拉延工艺的数值模拟优化 被引量:4

Optimization on numerical simulation of drawing process for automobile dash board

摘要 以某车型的前隔板为研究对象,通过三维软件设计零件拉延成形工序的工艺补充面和压料面,借助有限元软件优化拉延成形工艺参数。经初步有限元分析得出零件存在拉裂缺陷,通过分析产生拉裂缺陷原因,采用点追踪法优化坯料形状,并再次进行数值模拟,得到合格的零件。采用优化的数值模拟结果来加工模具型面,实际调试模具时选用优化的坯料和成形参数,得到的实际拉延成形零件无起皱和破裂等缺陷,检测成形零件可能拉裂处的最大减薄率为0.221。实验结果表明CAE技术能够准确地预测成形缺陷,优化模具设计,缩短模具开发周期,降低成本。 For the dash board of an automobile,the addendum and binder surface of the drawing panel were designed by 3D software,and the technologic parameters of the drawing forming were optimized by finite element software,so the crack defects were found. Through analyzing the causes of crack defects,and optimizing the blank shape by point tracing method,the qualified panels were obtained by numerical simulation at last. The die-surface was machined based on numerical simulation results. The optimized blank and the technologic parameters were used in actual die testing. The qualified stamping panels were obtained in experiment. The experimental results show that the maximum thinning ratio is 0. 221. Therefore,the forming defects can be predicted accurately by CAE technology. Further,the die design is optimized,its development cycle is shorten,and its cost is reduced.
