计步器在2型糖尿病病人个性化量化运动中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]探讨计步器在2型糖尿病病人个性化量化运动中的应用效果。[方法]选择药物治疗方案不变的2型糖尿病病人120例,随机分为两组,均接受常规糖尿病健康教育、饮食指导,观察组在此基础上给予个性化量化运动指导,以计步器评估和促进运动,进行健步走体育锻炼,比较两组病人干预前后血糖、体重指数及运动情况。[结果]干预6个月后,两组病人空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组干预前后日均步数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]个性化量化运动有助于降低病人的血糖、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白,提高病人的运动依从性。 Objective:To probe into the application effect of pedometer in personalized quantization exercise of patients with type 2diabetes.Methods:A total of 120 cases of type 2diabetic patients with the same medication regimens were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in both groups received routine diabetes health education and dietary guidance.The patients in observation group were given personalized quantitative exercise guidance on the basis of basic treatment,with pedometer for assessment and promotion of movement and brisk walking exercise,then to compare the blood glucose,body mass index and movement between both groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention for 6 months,there was statistically significant difference in the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2hblood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients between both groups(P〈0.01).There was statistically significant difference in the average daily number in observation group between before and after the intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Persenalized quantitative exercise is helpful to reduce the patient's blood sugar,body weight index,glycosylated hemoglobin and improve their exercise compliance.
