SOLQ对社区COPD病人生活质量评估的价值研究

Study on value of SOLQ for assessment of quality of life of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in community

[目的]探讨西雅图慢性阻塞性肺疾病问卷（SOLQ）对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）病人生活质量评估的价值。[方法]采用SOLQ和COPD评估测试工具（CAT）对102例社区COPD病人进行调查,验证SOLQ的应用价值。[结果]SOLQ的重测信度系数为0.854（P〈0.01）,Cronbach’sα系数为0.961,4个维度与总量表间的结构效度为0.361~0.891（均P〈0.01）,与CAT量表间的校标关联效度为-0.648;且各维度的高、低分组得分差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。[结论]SOLQ有良好的信度和效度,能够较好地反映社区COPD病人病情和生活质量。

Objective：To probe into the value of Seattle Obstructive Lung Disease Questionnaire（SOLQ）for measuring the quality of life of patients with COPD in community.Methods：A total of 102 with community COPD patients were investigated by using SOLQ and COPD assessment test（CAT）to verify the application value of SOLQ.Results：The test-retest reliability coefficient of SOLQ was 0.854（P〈0.01）,the Cronbach＇sαcoefficient was 0.961,the structural validity between the total surface and its 4dimensions was 0.361~0.891（all P〈0.01）,the criterion related validity between SOLQ and CAT was-0.648;there was significant difference between the high and the low score group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The SOLQ had higher reliability and validity,and it could well reflect the condition of disease and the quality of life of patients with community COPD.
