涂阳肺结核病人家庭密切接触者健康教育效果观察

Effect observation on health education for close family contacts of patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis

[目的]探讨针对性健康教育方案对涂阳肺结核病人家庭密切接触者进行健康教育的效果。[方法]将涂阳肺结核病人家庭密切接触者100人分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用针对性方案进行健康教育,对照组采用常规护理方案进行健康教育,比较两组健康教育前后结核病核心信息总知晓率、因症就诊率及患病率。[结果]两组干预后及组内干预前后结核病核心信息总知晓率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后两组因症就诊率及患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对涂阳肺结核病人家庭密切接触者实施结核病相关知识健康教育,可以提高家庭密切接触者对结核病防治知识的认知程度,达到提高家庭密切接触者因症就诊率,降低患病率的目的。

Objective：To probe into the effect of targeted health education for the close family contacts of patients with smear positive tuberculosis patients.Methods：A total of 100 close family contacts of patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group used targeted plans for health education and the patients in control group used conventional care programs for health education.The total awareness rate of tuberculosis core information,visiting rate and prevalence were compared before and after health education between both groups.Results：There was statistically significant difference in the total awareness rate of core information of tuberculosis after intervention between both groups（P〈0.01）,and the difference was statistically significant in visiting rate and prevalence after intervention between both groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The health education on tuberculosis related knowledge for their close family contacts of patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis can improve their cognition level on the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control,so as to improve visiting rate of the close family contacts and reduce the prevalence.
