摘要
2010—2012年进行了不同耕作措施对苦参农艺性状和产量的影响研究。结果表明,对苦参连续2 a春季中耕垄沟处理的苦参产量显著高于其他处理,且产投比最大。但综合考虑,认为2年生苦参春季中耕垄沟1次代替中耕除草处理为最佳耕作方式。相关性分析结果表明,苦参的产量与地上茎叶鲜质量间呈极显著正相关,与分枝数间呈显著负相关。
Sophora flavescens was tested to investigate effects of different farming measures on its agronomical characters and yield in 2010-2012. The results showed that the yield of after two years of spring cultivation furrows treatment was significantly higher than other treatments, and the proportion of output and input was the largest. But from a comprehensive point of view that the second year of sprimg cultivation furrows treatment was the best farming methods. The correlation analysis showed that the yield of Sophora flavescens and the ground part of fresh weight was significantly positive correlation, and the branch number had significant negative correlation.
