土地流转对农户劳动力转移的影响——基于宁夏银北地区的农户调查

An Analysis on the Effect of Land Circulation on Rural Household Labor Transfer——Based on Household Survey in the Area of North of Yinchuan in Ningxia

以宁夏银北地区3县(区)实地调研得到的481份农户样本数据为基础,以农户作为基本决策单位,通过建立Probit,Logit和Tobit模型,分析了土地流转对农户劳动力转移(包括农户劳动力是否外出打工和农户劳动力外出打工持续时间)的影响。结果表明,参与土地流转显著正向影响农户劳动力外出打工的可能性和农户劳动力外出打工的持续时间;土地流转面积显著正向影响农户劳动力外出打工的可能性,并且正向影响农户劳动力外出打工的持续时间。

Based on the survey date of 481 householders in the area of north of Yinchuan in Ningxia, making the household as the basic decision-making unit, the paper analyzes the factors of land circulation on rural household labor transfer（include whether rural household labor transfer and the duration of rural household labor working outside）, through building the models of Probit, Logit and Tobit. The results show that, whether to participate in land circulation have significantly positive effects on the possibility of rural household labor transfer and the duration of rural household labor working outside. While the area of land circulation have significantly positive effects on the possibility of rural household labor transfer, and have positive effects on the duration of rural household labor working outside.
