造口探访提高肠造口患者自我效能的临床研究

Clinical study of colostomy visitor on improving the self-efficacy of colostomy patients

目的分析造口探访对永久性肠造口患者自我效能的影响。方法选择南昌大学第一附属医院64例永久性肠造口患者行随机对照研究。按照随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(n=32)实施常规护理,探访组(n=32)加行肠造口探访。监测并比较两组患者自我效能及情绪状态情况。结果术后1个月,探访组社交效能及肠造口照顾效能得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。正性情绪、负性情绪及社会适应性得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论造口探访可提高永久性肠造口患者自我效能,促进患者情绪稳定。

Objective To analyze the effect of colostomy visit on the self-efficacy of patients with permanent colostomy.Methods 64 patients with permanent colostomy performed in First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were recruited. Two groups were divided according to random number table method. The control group（n=32） just received regular colostomy nurse,while the experimental group received additional peri-operative visit. Self-efficacy and emotional state of both groups were measured and analyzed. Results 1 month post-surgery,social effectiveness and colostomy care efficiency scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Similarly,negative emotions and social adaptability score of the experimental group were also significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The colostomy visit improves selfefficacy and emotional stability of patients with permanent colostomy significantly.
