摘要
经过30多年的临床实践,肺移植已经从一个疗效不确定的高危手术逐渐演化成治疗终末期肺疾病的有效方法。肺移植趋于成熟,患者的长期生存率大幅度提高,随着新型免疫抑制方案的应用,急性免疫排斥反应明显降低。抗感染治疗的逐步完善使得肺移植后感染的发生率也逐步降低。目前恶性肿瘤成为肺移植后导致死亡的三大原因之一[1]。现就肺移植后肺癌的高危因素、诊断和治疗方面的进展等做如下综述。
