体外膜肺氧合技术救治1例甲型H1N1流感产妇的护理 被引量:2

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)技术又称体外生命支持系统,是通过体外氧合器进行长时间体外循环,完全代替或部分代替心肺功能的治疗手段[1]。甲型H1N1流感患者出现急性重症呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)时,肺内的改变以解剖分流和气体弥散障碍为主,当最优化的机械通气策略仍然难以纠正致命性低氧血症时,采用ECMO技术部分或全部代替肺的功能,
