摘要 以丙烯酸树脂、饱和聚酯树脂为导电填料载体,将其溶解于高沸点混合溶剂中制成粘接料,再将粘接料、导电银粉和其他配合剂按比例混合研磨成导电油墨。采用划格法及双臂电桥计测量其附着力及电阻率,探讨了不同树脂、溶剂、导电填料、导电剂对导电油墨导电性和附着力的影响,此外还分析了导电油墨在不同固化温度下电阻率与时间的关系。结果表明,当电阻率达到1.25×10^(-4)Ω·cm,附着力达到1级时,配制的导电油墨能够满足在电子技术方面的应用要求。 In this paper, the acrylic resin and saturated polyester resin were used as the carrier of conductive fillers and dissolved the into the high boiling point solvents for making a sticky material. The conductive ink was prepared with the sticky material, the conductive silver powder and other additives by proportionally mixing and grinding. The grid test and double arm bridge were used to measure the adhesion and electrical resistivity. The influence of different resins, solvents, conductive fillers and conductive agent on the properties of conductive ink was discussed, and the relationship between the temperature and time of curing and the resistivity of conductive ink was also analyzed. The prepared conductive ink had a resistivity of 1.25× 10 ^-4 Ω · cm, and the adhesion reaches grade 1, which can meet the requirements of its application inelectronic technology.
