摘要
基于单缸柴油机和phantom高速相机,搭建柴油机燃烧过程可视化平台,进行EGR对柴油机燃烧影响的可视化研究。在不同EGR率条件下分析了EGR对燃烧过程和火焰温度的影响规律。研究表明,通过可视化平台可以从燃烧室底部直接拍摄燃烧火焰。在小负荷、自然吸气条件下,随着EGR引入,着火时刻推迟,火焰温度降低,高温区域的面积减小。EGR率为20%时,缸内着火区域面积明显减小,火焰亮度显著降低。缸压数据分析结果显示,随着EGR率的增加,爆发压力和放热率峰值减小,缸内平均温度降低。
Based on a cylinder diesel engine and phantom high speed camera, build a visualization platform for combustion process of a diesel engine. Influence of EGR on combustion and flame temperature were studied through cylinder process high speed photography under different EGR ratio. The study illustrated that combustion flame was shot directly through visualization platform form the bottom. Under small load and naturally aspirated condition, with the EGR ratio increased, ignition delayed, flame temperature decreased, area of the high temperature zone reduced. When the EGR ratio was 20%, flame area decreased, light intensity weakened remarkably. Cylinder pressure analysis showed that with the EGR ratio increased, cylinder pressure, the peak of heat release rate and cylinder average temperature reduced.
