摘要 对核电应急机组18PA6B柴油机紧固件开展研究,根据紧固件在发电机组上的安装部位、对应急发电机组的可靠性和可用性的影响程度、紧固件承受的应力情况、断裂后可能引起的损害程度进行分级;对紧固件常见的设计不足,制造质量,紧固不当等问题进行风险分析;对紧固件质量问题发生的几率及失效后的影响进行分析,并对使用安全的风险点制订预防措施和可靠性评估。 This text analyzes the tighten part for nuclear power emergency Gen-set 18PA6B. The classification has carried out according to fitting position of tighten part on the Gen-set, influence lever of reliability and availability of Gen-set, bearing stress condition of tighten part, possible causing damage degree after fracture. The risk analysis for the common insufficient design, the manufacture quality and unsuitable fixing of the tighten part has carried out. The occurrence rate of the quality fault and the influence after non-working for the tighten part are analyzed, and the preventive measure and reliability evaluation for the risk point of using safety has made.
