摘要
互联网技术的应用对医患关系产生了深刻的影响,本文简要分析了互联网技术对改变医患权力格局、改善医患沟通、提高患者满意度等方面的影响,认为互联网技术在医疗领域的应用有助于提高患者在医疗决策中的地位,有助于增加医患沟通的渠道和时间、改善沟通效果,有助于提升医院的医疗质量和患者的满意度。最后,作者还就如何应对互联网技术对传统医患关系带来的挑战提出了若干建议。
Internet technology has influenced profoundly social relationships including doctor-patient rela-tionships in China.This paper argues that internet technology helps the patients play more important roles in medical decisions,offers more platforms and time for doctors to communicate with their patients,and promotes the improve-ment of health care quality and patients＇satisfaction.Finally,the author affords some suggestions on how to deal with the internet technology challenges to doctor-patient relations in China.
