长途客运驾驶员的嗜睡及睡眠质量和生活习惯调查 被引量：3

摘要 意外事故致死为我国第三大死亡原因，其中交通事故为意外致死的主要因素之一［1］。超速驾驶、酒后驾车是交通事故中最常被提及的两个要素［2］。但有研究显示睡眠不足对驾驶员的影响近似于酒后驾车［3］。因睡眠不足、疲劳造成的过度嗜睡（ex-cessive daytime sleepiness，EDS）是造成交通事故的主要因素之一［4-5］，特别是长途客运驾驶员因过度嗜睡造成的交通事故逐渐引起各界关注［6-8］。因此本研究调查长途客运驾驶员的嗜睡情况、睡眠质量和生活习惯。
