骨折患者便秘的预防性护理方法和护理效果

Preventive nursing methods and nursing effects on constipation in the patients with bone fracture

目的探讨骨折患者便秘的预防性护理方法和护理效果。方法随机选取2012年5月至2015年5月江苏省兴化市戴南人民医院骨科收治的骨折患者80例,依据护理方法将这些患者分为2组,即研究组和对照组,每组40例。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者预防性护理,然后对2组患者的护理临床疗效、满意度及便秘发生情况进行统计分析。结果研究组患者护理的总有效率为97.5%(39/40),显著高于对照组的75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度为97.5%(39/40),显著高于对照组的65.0%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),便秘发生率12.5%(5/40),显著低于对照组的37.5%(15/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折患者便秘的预防性护理效果显著,能够有效提升患者的满意度,降低便秘发生率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate preventive nursing methods and nursing effects on constipation in the patients with bone fracture. Methods Eighty cases of bone fracture admitted into Dainan People＇s Hospital,Xinghua City,Jiangsu Province,from May2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected for the study,and in accordance with different nursing methods they were divided into 2groups： the study group and the control group,each consisting of 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group received preventive nursing,and then statistical analyses were made on clinical nursing efficacy,satisfaction of nursing and incidence of constipation in the patients of the 2 groups. Results Total care efficacy of the study group was 97. 5%（ 39 /40）,which was significantly higher than that（ 75. 0%）（ 30 /40） of the control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of nursing for the study group was 97. 5%（ 39 /40）,which was significantly higher than that（ 65. 0 %）（ 26 /40） of the control group,also with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of constipation for the study group was 12. 5%（ 5 /40）,which was significantly lower than that（ 37. 5%）（ 15 /40） of the control group,also with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effects of preventive nursing on the constipation in patients with bone fracture were quite significant,and it could effectively enhance total rate of efficacy and rate of satisfaction and decrease incidence of constipation. With this reason,it was worthy further clinical extension.
