Application of Cottoclarin 88 ECO for cold pad-batch pretreatment on cotton corduroy

介绍了多功能前处理助剂Cottoclarin 88 ECO在棉灯芯绒冷堆前处理中的应用。分别研究了cottoclarin88 ECO、稳定剂PHP、双氧水和烧碱各助剂的用量对前处理效果的影响。得出最佳工艺:Cottoclarin 88 ECO 7m L/L,稳定剂PHP 8 m L/L,100%H2O2 18 m L/L,Na OH 17 g/L,室温堆置24 h。

Application of multi-functional auxiliaries Cottocarin 88 ECO on cotton corduroy fabric was introduced. Influences of Cottocarin 88 ECO,stabilizing agent PHP, hydrogen peroxid and sodium hydroxide dosage on pretreatment were studied. The optimum cold pad-batch pretreatment condition are ： Cottoclarin 88 ECO 7 m L/L,stabilizing agent PHP 8 m L/L,hydrogen peroxide 18 m L/L, sodium hydroxide 17 g/L, and dwelling at 25 ℃ for 24 hours.
