Determination of Calcium, Iron, Zinc and Manganese in Healthcare Wine by Microwave Digestion-High Resolution Continuum Source Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 建立微波消解-高分辨连续光源火焰原子吸收光谱法测定保健酒中Ca、Fe、Zn和Mn的方法。试验选择微波消解作为样品的前处理方式,研究了乙炔流量和燃烧器高度对吸光度的影响,通过单因素试验确定了各金属元素最佳乙炔流量和最佳燃烧器高度。在优化条件下,使用高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测定保健酒中Ca、Fe、Zn和Mn的质量浓度分别为21.87 mg/L、0.525 mg/L、0.213 mg/L和2.56 mg/L,本法的精密度(RSD)均小于2.8%,加标回收率为96%~105%。该方法准确、稳定,具有较高的实用价值,为食品中多种金属元素的检测提供了科学依据。 An effective method was developed for the determination of Ca, Fe, Zn and Mn in healthcare wine by microwave digestion coupled with HR-CS-FAAS. The samples were firstly digested by microwave. The effects of acetylene flow rate and burner height on the absorbance were investigated, and the optimum technical parameters were determined by single factor test. Under the optimum technical conditions, the content of Ca, Fe, Zn and Mn in healthcare wine were 21.87 mg/L, 0.525 mg/L, 0.213 mg/L and 2.56 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations were less than 2.8 % and the recoveries for the samples were from 96 % to 105 %. Therefore, this method was accurate and stable,and it had high practical value. It provided scientific basis for the determination of many metal elements in food.
