摘要
阐述科技期刊编辑工作中电话礼节的重要性及电话沟通中几种常见的电话礼节。认为这可从一个侧面使科技期刊编辑部赢得作者的支持和信任。
This paper mainly expounds the importance ot phone call communication etiquettes in the editorial department of sci-tech journals. Some common phone call etiquettes in the calling process are presented in order to provide positive energy for winning the support and trust of the authors.
