摘要
立陶宛体育基本法有着深厚的底蕴,具有鲜明的特点。从立法以摆脱前苏联体制到为获得欧盟的认同而对体育法进行修订,立陶宛体育基本法完成了东西方不同法律文化的跨越。立陶宛体育基本法法律概念明确、法律主体职责及权利义务明晰、职业体育规定详尽,规定了公民体育权利和立法原则、有运动员和教练员及体育专业人员荣誉和奖励规定。这些形式和内容方面的特点对我国《体育法》修改均有着重要的启示作用,值得借鉴。
Lithuania＇s Law on Physical Education and Sport is solidly founded with distinct characteristics. Lithuania enacted the law in order to rid itself of the Soviet system and amended it in order to obtain obtain the EU＇s approval. The law has overcome barriers in legal culture between the East and the West. The law provides definite legal concepts,clarified duties,rights and obligations,and details on professional sports. It also specifies the sports rights of the citizens and honors and awards concerning athletes and coaches and other sports professionals. These characteristics in both form and content provide inspirations for the amendment of China＇s Law on Sports Culture and Physical Education.
