On the Absence and Construction of Women's Discourse Power in Competitive Sports

性别差异是一个不可回避的社会话题;由于男女生理差异、社会分工不同以及社会文化的影响所导致的"男性优势"是女性参与竞技体育话语权缺失的主要原因;女性参与竞技体育话语权的建构,应当唤醒女性社会性别意识并赋权。,在个人层面,应当实现女性参与竞技体育的自我赋权;在社会层面,要缔造女性赋权的社会环境,赋予女性主体地位和参与竞技体育运动的话语权力。

Gender difference is an unavoidable social issue.＂Male superiority＂,caused by physiological differences between men and women,social division of labor and influence of culture,is the main reason for the absence of women＇s discourse power in competitive sports. The construction of women＇s discourse power in this field should be achieved by arousing women＇s social gender consciousness and empowering them. At the individual level,women should be provided with opportunities to realize self-empowerment,while society should create environment for female empowerment and give women the subjective status and discourse power in the competitive sports.
