摘要
数据资产是企业重要的战略资源,为了促进公司运营数据资产应用价值提升,在对数据资产价值构成及其主要影响因素分析的基础上,引入层次分析模型构建指标评价体系,并利用层次分析法软件计算数据资产各项评估指标权重,建立了基于成本和应用考虑的数据资产价值评估模型,对模型应用给出具体评估步骤,并将该模型应用于具体的数据资产价值评估。区别于传统的数据评估方法,这里将评估的关注点从数据质量方面转向以往很少关注的数据资产价值方面。
Data asset is an important strategic resource for enterprises. In order to promote the application value of data assets,the analytic hierarchy model is brought in to build an index evaluation system on the basis of analyzing the value composition of data asset and its main influence factors,the AHP software is used to calculate various evaluation index weights of data assets. A data asset assessment model in view of cost and application was established,which provided the specific appraisal procedure of model application and was applied to the value assessment of concrete data assets. Different from the traditional method of data evaluation,it paid close attention to the value of data assets rather than data quality.
