摘要
为了改善机载电子设备结构的动态特性,提高其工作可靠性,结合有限元分析软件,对机载电子设备进行模态分析。根据模态分析的基本理论,采用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了机载电子设备的有限元仿真模型,通过对其振动特性进行有限元分析,计算出机载电子设备的固有频率和对应的振型,从而避免其在使用中发生共振现象,为机载电子设备的进一步优化设计提供了有价值的参考,同时可以有效降低机载电子设备设计成本,缩短研发周期。
To improve the dynamic characteristics of the airborne electronic equipment structure,and its working reliability,the modality of airborne electronic equipment is analyzed in combination with the finite element analysis software. According to the fundamental theory of modal analysis,the finite element simulation model of airborne electronic equipment was established by means of ANSYS Workbench software. The inherent frequency and corresponding vibration mode of the airborne electronic equipment are calculated by finite element analysis of the vibration characteristics,and the resonance phenomenon of the equipment in use is avoided,which provides a valuable reference for further optimization design of airborne electronic equipment,and can reduce the design cost of airborne electronic equipment effectively and shorten the developing cycle.
