血清IL-4及总IgE测定在小儿急性外耳湿疹诊断中的应用

目的 :初步探讨血清IL-4及总IgE测定在小儿急性外耳湿疹诊断中意义。方法 :本实验分为两组,将30例确诊为小儿急性外耳湿疹的患儿作为实验组,将30例正常儿童作为对照组。对照组与实验组2组中所有患者均进行血清IL-4及总IgE水平测定。观察2组患者血清IL-4及总IgE水平。结果:实验组患者血清中IL-4及总IgE水平与对照组比较明显增高。结论:血清IL-4及总IgE测定在小儿急性外耳湿疹诊断中有一定的作用。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the value of the serum level of IL-4 and IgE in the children with era eczema. METHODS This experiment was divided into two groups, 30 patients diagnosed as children with infantile acute eczema of the outer ear as experimental group, 30 cases of normal children as control group.The control group and experimental group, two groups were performed in all patients serum IL - 4 and determination of total IgE level.Observe two groups patients serum IL - 4 and total IgE level.RESULTS In the experimental group patients srum IL - 4 and total lgE level increased significantly compared with controls.CONCLUSION Serum IL - 4 and total IgE determination in children with acute eczema outer ear diagnosis have certain effect.
