中德中高职衔接协调机制的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Sino-German Coordination Mechanism of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

为了实现中高职协调、有序对接,更好地培养技术技能人才,在政府推动、政策保障、校企合作下,从教育体系、专业设置和培养方案等五个方面对中德两国中高等职业教育协调发展方面进行了比较分析,在充分汲取德国中高职衔接经验的基础上,提出了改善我国中高职衔接协调机制的建议。

In order to achieve connection of secondary and higher vocational education, orderly docking, and better cultivate technical skilled talents, with the government push, policy guarantee, college-enterprise cooperation, from education system,major setting and training scheme, etc five aspects, it has carried out the comparative analysis of Sino-German secondary and higher vocational education coordination, fully learning from German experience, it puts forward suggestions to improve the coordination mechanism in our country.
