“教学做”一体化教学模式的构建——以大连职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业为例

学生职业技能的培养是高等职业教育的核心任务,为此高职院校需要改革现有的以理论教学为主的教学模式。大连职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业在学校"教学质量提升工程"建设基础上,针对原有课程体系与社会服务市场脱节、教学方法和教学内容陈旧的问题,坚持校企合作、工学结合,强化教学、学习、实训相融合的教育教学思想,进行教学模式改革与创新,探索构建了以工作过程为主线的"教学做"一体化教学模式,以适应社会对养老护理人才培养的需求。

The cultivation of students＇ vocational skills is the core task of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges need to reform the existing teaching mode giving priority to theoretical teaching. Elderly service and management major in Dalian Vocational Technology College, on the basis of ＂teaching quality improvement project＂ construction, in view of the problems of disjointed original curriculum system and social service market, the backward teaching method and teaching content, adheres to the college-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning, strengthens the integration of teaching,learning and training of education teaching ideas, reforms and innovates teaching mode, exploring the integrated teaching mode of teaching, learning and doing with the concept of the working process, in order to adapt to the social demand for elderly nursing talent training.
