高职教师资源整合的理论探索

摘要 高职院校教师资源是高职院校进行人才培养,开展教育教学活动的主力军。针对高职院校教师资源的特点,如何合理配置教师资源,充分发挥高职院校教师的最大潜能,激发高职教师教育教学的主动性和积极性,是高职教育研究领域亟待解决的问题。在探讨高校教师资源特征的基础上,提炼高职教师资源独有的特征,界定高职教师资源整合的内涵,从基础性、实践性、整体性和综合性几方面阐述高职教师资源整合的特点,探究开展高职教师资源整合研究的意义。 Higher vocational colleges and universities teacher resources are the main force to train talents and conduct teaching activities in higher vocational colleges. Aiming at the characteristics of higher vocational teacher resources, how to reasonably allocate teacher resources, give full play to the potential of higher vocational teachers, and stimulate initiative and enthusiasm have become problems to be solved in higher vocational education study field. Based on the exploration of the characteristics of the teachers, it refines the unique features, defines the connotation of higher vocational teachers resources integration, and from the basics, practicality, integrity and comprehensiveness these aspects it elaborates the characteristics of higher vocational teacher resources integration, and explores the significance of conducting higher vocational teacher resources integration research.
