摘要
以高职教育培养目标为基础,提出高职教师的能力标准,细分师资引进的主流对象,并分别测算其引进成本。采用0~4强制评分法确定引进对象的功能指数,并分别计算引进成本指数,进而得到引进对象的价值指数。最后根据价值指数确定出了高职院校师资引进的优选方案。
On the basis of higher vocational education training target, it puts forward higher vocational teachers' competency standards, discriminates the main objects of teacher introduction and calculates the introduction cost respectively. It determines the function index of introduced objects using 0~4 force rating method, and calculates the index of introduction cost respectively, and then gets the value index of introduced objects. According to the value index it determines the optimization scheme of introducing higher vocational teachers.
