摘要
目前我国学前英语教育师资存在教师学历普遍偏低、教师的培训和进修机制没有落实到位、师资结构不合理等问题。针对上述问题,应在现有师资基础上,采取英语教师幼教化、幼儿教师英语化的方式培养"双师型"学前英语教师。从长远看,相关师范院校应开办学前英语教育专业,以求有效地解决幼儿双语教育师资短缺的问题,并提高幼儿英语教师的整体素质。同时政府应该适当干预,合理调整办学制度,提高幼师的收入待遇及社会地位。
Currently there are some problems in pre-school English education in our country. Teachers' degree is generally low, the teachers' training and further study mechanism is not implemented, and the teacher structure is not reasonable. Aiming at the above problems, it should adopt the method of training English teachers in pre-school education, and training pre-school teachers in English way. In the long run, the related normal universities should offer pre-school English education major, in order to effectively solve the problem of shortage of pre-school bilingual education teachers, and improve the whole quality of pre-school English teachers. At the same time, the government should appropriately intervene, reasonably adjust the school running system, and improve the income and social status of pre-school teachers.
