高职酒店管理专业“双师型”教师培养研究

The Research on Double Qualified Teacher Cultivation of Higher Vocational Hotel Management Major

对于高职院校酒店管理专业"双师型"教师最核心的要求就是酒店的实践工作经验,或者参与过酒店实训室建设,能够很好地证明教师的实践工作能力。目前,教育部出台一系列文件鼓励高等职业院校发展"双师型"教育团队。努力将目前酒店管理教师培养成为教育专家和行业专家。

For double qualified teachers of higher vocational hotel management major, the core requirement is the practical working experience, or to participate in the construction of hotel practical training, and prove the practical working ability of the teacher. At present Ministry of Education issued a series of documents to encourage the development of double qualified education team. It aims to train the hotel management teachers into education experts and industrial experts.
