高职思政工作和师生关系现状调研及成因分析

思想政治工作和师生关系是高职办学中的两个重要的关键问题。高职教育作为高等教育的一个重要的和特殊的组成部分,其思政工作和师生关系存在的问题较之本科院校更多更复杂。通过对多所高职院校师生进行的问卷调查,掌握了一定时期高职思政工作和师生关系现状并分析其成因,为开展有针对性和实效性的思政工作,培育良好的高职师生关系,提高高职办学质量,最终培养高素质高技能人才提供现实依据。

The ideological and political work and the relationship between teachers and students are two key problems in higher vocational education. As an important and special part of higher education, the problems are more complex than those in universities. By a questionnaire among teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, it has mastered the present situation of ideological and political work and the relationship between teachers and students in a certain period and analyses the causes, and provides practical basis to carry out targeted and effective ideological work, cultivate good teacher-student relationship, improve the quality of higher vocational education, and finally cultivate high-quality skilled talents.
