摘要
目的:调查与分析小型民营医疗机构就诊患者的满意度,发现问题并提出解决对策。方法:采用描述性统计、卡方检验和logistic回归分析就诊患者的满意度及其影响因素。结果:患者对小型民营医疗机构的信任度达89.13%;就诊患者的总体满意度为77.84%,其中婚姻状况、就业、机构类别和对各维度的满意情况是显著性影响因素。结论:加强对小型民营医疗机构的政策扶持和监管力度,从而为广大居民提供更好的医疗服务。
Objective To survey the patients' satisfaction on mini private medical institutions, and put forward countermeas- ures. Methods The patients' satisfaction and its influencing factors were analyzed with descriptive statistics, chi-square test and lo- gistic regression. Results 89.13% of patients had confidence in mini private medical institutions. And 77.84% of them were satis- fied with mini private medical institutions. The main influencing factors were marital status, employment, types of medical institu- tions and satisfaction on each dimension. Conclusion Policy support and supervision on mini private medical institutions shouht he intensified to provide better medical services for the patients.
