基于质量评价及需求匹配的制造设备云服务选择

Selection of manufacturing equipment cloud service based on quality evaluation and requirement matching

针对云制造环境下的云服务优选问题,提出一种基于质量评价及制造需求匹配的制造设备云服务选择方法。在功能匹配的基础上,根据用户的价格和时间需求对制造设备云服务进行筛选,形成候选服务集,并将物流云服务纳入筛选的依据;随后采用主观评价和云制造平台客观评价相结合的方法评估云服务的质量,并根据综合评价结果从候选服务集中选择合适的制造设备云服务及其对应的物流云服务。实例分析表明,该方法能够提高制造设备云服务选择的有效性,并实现对云服务价格的动态管理。

To optimize the cloud service selection in the cloud manufacturing environment, this paper preposed a selection method of the services based on the quality evaluation and the manufacturing requirement matching. First based on the function matching, it screened manufacturing equipment cloud services according to the cost and time requirement from users and then formed the optional service collection,introduced logistics cloud services into the service selection. Then it evaluated the cloud service quality in tow ways of the subjective evaluation of users and the objective one of the cloud manufacturing platform. Fi- naly with the evaluation, it selected out the suitable manufacturing equipment cloud services and the corresponding logistics services from the service collection. Example analysis shows that manufacturing equipment cloud services could be selected more effectively with the method, and the service cost could be managed dynamically.
