摘要
为了标定基于一维热管理仿真软件KULI搭建起的发动机冷却模型,分别使用了基于CFD分析结果耦合KULI软件标定一维模型以及利用实车试验结果耦合KULI标定一维模型两种方法。比较两种方法的标定过程、结果精度和优缺点得出,现阶段基于CFD分析结果耦合KULI软件进行一维模型标定可能会与实际结果有一定误差,需要结合经验值进行一定程度的修订。
For the purpose of calibrating an engine cooling system model which is built based on one-dimensional thermal management software KULI, we use two methods, namely CFD based analysis result coupled with KULI to calibrate one-dimensional model and use vehicle test result coupled with KULI to calibrate one-dimensional model. We compare the calibration process, precision of results as well as advantage and disadvantage of these two methods and conclude that at present, the one-dimensional calibration method based on CFD analysis results coupled with KULI may have some deviation compared with real test result, therefore it needs be revised based on experimental value.
