摘要 基于乘用车双轴K&C试验台具有的乘用车悬架K&C特性测量及乘用车整车转动惯量测量的功能,开发了一种用于商用车驾驶室转动惯量的测量方法,并设计了驾驶室安装支架。针对两款商用车驾驶室进行了转动惯量实车测量。结果表明,所提出的测量方法原理简单、可操作性强、测量精度高,可完全满足驾驶室转动惯量精确测量的需要。 Based on the functions of passenger vehicle suspension K&C characteristic measuring and passenger vehicle inertia moment measurement of passenger vehicle dual-shaft K&C bench, a method to measure the inertia moment of commercial vehicle cab is developed, and cab mounting bracket is designed. Inertia moment of two commercial vehicle cabs has been measured with this method. The results show that the proposed measurement method is simple and easy to operate with high accuracy, which can accurately measure the inertia moment of cab.
