护理干预联合生长因子对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清NSE及S100B蛋白表达的影响 被引量:8

Effect of nursing intervention combined with nerve growth factor on expressions of serum NSE and S100B in HIE neonates

摘要 目的探讨护理干预联合鼠神经生长因子(m NGF)注射液对中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及星形胶质源性蛋白(S100B)表达的影响。方法选取96例足月中重度HIE患儿,随机分为常规治疗组、护理干预组、鼠NGF注射液组(NGF治疗组)和联合治疗组,每组24例。治疗前以24例正常足月新生儿作为健康对照组。常规治疗组给予对症支持治疗;护理干预组在对症支持治疗的基础上给予抚触按摩处理;NGF治疗组确诊后在对症支持治疗的基础上给予肌内注射m NGF,30μg·kg-1·d-1,共14 d;联合治疗组在护理干预组的基础上给予肌内注射m NGF,30μg·kg-1·d-1,共14 d。结果治疗前各治疗组血清NSE及S100B水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各治疗组HIE患儿血清NSE及S100B水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2 w后,常规治疗组患儿的血清NSE及S100B水平均高于其他3组,治疗1和2 w后,护理干预组、NGF治疗组患儿血清NSE及S100B水平高于联合治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单独护理干预或鼠NGF注射液治疗均可减轻HIE的神经损伤,联合治疗可取得更佳疗效。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention combined with mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) injection on expressions of serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) and SIOOB in neonates with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) . Methods Ninety-slx moderate to severe HIE neonates were selected and randomly divided into conventional treatment group, nursing intervention group, mouse NGF injection group (NGF treatment group), and combined treatment group, 24 neonates in each group. Before treatment, 24 normal full-term neonates were selected as healthy control group. The neonates in conventional treatment group were treated by symptomatic and supportive treatment; the neonates in nursing intervention group were treated by massage on the basis of conventional treatment; the neonates in NGF treatment group were treated by intramuscular injection of mNGF for 14 days on the basis of symptom- atic and supportive treatment after definite diagnosis, 30 ttg " kg^-1·d^-1 ; the neonates in combined treatment group were treated by intramus- cular injection of mNGF for 14 days on the basis of nursing intervention group, 30 μg·kg^-1·d^-l. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of NSE and S100B among different treatment groups ( P〉0. 05 ), serum levels of NSE and SIOOB in different treatment groups were statistically significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P〈0.05) . After two weeks of treatment, serum levels of NSE and S100B in conventional treatment group were statistically significantly higher than those in the other three groups; after one and two weeks of treatment, serum levels of NSE and S100B in nursing intervention group and NGF treatment group were statistically significantly higher than those in combined treatment group (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Either nursing intervention or mNGF injection can reduce nerve injury of HIE neonates, combined treatment can achieve better curative effect.
