社交网络的信息服务研究现状与不足

Discussion of Research Status and Insufficient about Social Network Information Service

在分析社交网络发展现状的基础上,论述了国内外高校图书馆利用社交网络进行信息服务的研究现状。通过分析现有研究成果,指出了现有研究中存在的理论研究结果缺乏实证依据、实践研究环节缺乏后续探索、网络安全研究有待加强、用户忠诚度研究薄弱、将社交网络使用行为作为单一的信息行为来研究等一系列问题,以期为后续研究提供参考。

On the basis of analyzing the current development of social network, this paper discussed the research status about home and abroad, through the analysis of the current research conclusions, pointed out the existing insufficient just as theo- retical research results of study lacks empirical basis, lack of practice research on further exploration, the network security re- mained need to be strengthen and weakness research about customer loyalty, consideved social network behaviors as a single infor- mation behavior system, so as to provide reference for further research.
