基于关键词共现聚类的战略管理研究热点分析

Hotspots of Strategic Management Research based on Co- word Cluster Analysis

以"战略管理"为关键词,本文将2011-2015年的444篇CSSCI论文文献作为样本,分析战略管理研究的新发展。通过对文献数据来源、发表年份、来源出版物等外部特征的统计分析,发现近五年战略管理研究热度整体呈下降趋势;通过关键词共现和聚类分析,得出战略管理的研究热点聚焦于大学及图书馆战略规划研究、知识管理与人力资源管理研究、公司治理社会责任研究、竞争情报价值链研究和动态能力竞争优势研究等5个领域,具有研究对象单一化、研究主题分散化、研究热度均衡化等特征。

Taking ＇Strategic Munagement＇ as the keyword, the paper analyzed the new development of strategic manage- ment research by studying the 444 papers from CSSCI since 2011 to 2015. Through the external characteristics analysis as literature resources, the published year and publication, it found that nearly five years, the overall strategic management heat decreased. By co- word clustered analysis, it concluded that nearly five years , strategic management research focuses on five areas, in- cluding universities and libraries strategic planning research, knowledge management and human resource management research, social responsibility of corporate governance research, competitive intelligence value chain research, and dynamic capabilities competitive advantages research. Research object simple, research subject sporadic and research hotspet balanced are the charac- teristics of strategic management botspot.
