Research on Library Tacit Knowledge Transfer Based on Cognitive Structure

利用斯腾伯格的认知结构三构面理论,分析了图书馆隐性知识转移的认知结构是由元成分、操作成分和应用成分构成及各自的内涵和相互作用,研究发现认知结构对图书馆隐性知识转移过程中的隐性知识导入、内部转移和隐性知识溢出会产生重要影响,并由此提出了提高图书馆隐性知识转移效用的策略和方法。

Based on the three dimensional theory of cognitive structure proposed by R. J. Sternberg,this paper analyzes the connotation and interaction of 3 components of library tacit knowledge transfer,including meta component,performance component and application component. The paper finds that cognitive structure has an important impact on the introduction,internal transfer,and spillover of library tacit knowledge transfer,and proposes some strategies and methods to improve the efficiency of library tacit knowledge transfer.
