摘要
社科青年知识分子价值观的现状,不仅影响大学课堂教学科研方向与效果,甚至对整个社会文化思潮产生重要影响。当前社科青年知识分子价值观总体积极向上,但也存在不容忽视的问题。社科青年知识分子普遍具有较强的事业心,但现实职场环境给他们带来负面影响。面对多样化的社会思潮,大多数社科青年知识分子能保持自身定力,但也存在受不良思潮影响的现象。加强社科青年知识分子的价值观培养,要增强他们的组织归属感,解决好价值观的利益关联,同时积极探索社科青年知识分子参与实践的互动机制。
The status quo of values of young educated social sciences scholars not only influences classroom teaching and performance,but also imposes a significant impact on ideological trend of social cultures. The status quo of their values is generally positive and upward while there also exist problems beyond ignorance. Current young scholars of social sciences are commonly ambitious for career success,whereas real working environments exert a negative influence over them. Faced with diversified schools of thoughts,most of them manage to keep their stand while some are shaken by malicious schools of thoughts. Strengthening their value cultivation lies in intensifying their sense of belongingness,making a balance between values and interest,and actively probing into a mechanism of the participation and interaction by young educated social sciences scholars.
