应用降钙素原鉴别细菌感染性与非细菌感染性谵妄的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 谵妄[1]是一种由多因素导致的急性脑功能障碍综合征.既往临床中我们常使用CAM-ICU诊断谵妄,依据躁动-镇静等级量表（RASS）[2]将谵妄分类后进行对症治疗,但治疗效果并不理想.目前,谵妄的治疗仍缺乏有效统一的治疗标准.
