自锁托槽联合微种植体支抗矫治安氏Ⅱ^(1s)类错的临床疗效评价 被引量:8

Effect evaluation of self-ligating technique and microscrew anchorage on Angle Class II division 1 subdivision malocclusion

摘要 目的:观察自锁托槽矫治技术与微种植体支抗联合应用于安氏Ⅱ1s类错矫治的临床效果。方法:18例安氏Ⅱ1s错患者,男性7例,女性11例,平均年龄25.6岁,均采用上颌拔除两个第一前磨牙,下颌拔除一个第一前磨牙的拔牙模式,使用自锁托槽矫治器联合微种植体支抗矫治。治疗前后拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,使用配对t检验比较治疗前后头影测量指标的变化。结果:矫治结束后,与矫治前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自锁托槽矫治联合微种植体支抗矫治能够明显改善上前牙唇倾度,改善Ⅱ类面型,使软组织侧貌趋于直面型。 Objective: To investigate the clincial effects of Self-ligating technique and microscrew anchorage on Angle Class II division 1 subdivision malocclusion. Method: Choose 18 patients with Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 subdivision maloc- clusion (male 7, female 11, average age 25.6), the maxillary premolors of two sides were pulled out, the mandibular pre- molors of one side were pulled out, using Self-ligating technique, the microscrew anchorage was used in maxillary. Result: The angle of SNA,ANB,U1-SN and the distance of U1-NA,LS-E,LI-E decreased, the angle of CmSnLs increased,there was statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Self-ligating technique and microscrew can improve the libial inclination obviously. Angle class Ⅱ profile was improved.Soft tissue profile tends to be straight-styled.
