CXCL12/CXCR7/CXCR4生物轴在口腔肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 恶性肿瘤的发生和发展是一个多基因参与,通过多步骤完成的复杂过程。其中转移过程包括细胞因子诱导的癌细胞特异性定向归巢,增强癌细胞粘附到器官微血管内皮的能力以及肿瘤血管和淋巴管生成等诸多因素,并表现出高度的组织特异性和器官靶向性,而靶器官必须拥有适当的趋化因子才能使受体阳性的肿瘤细胞更容易发生迁移并进行生长繁殖。最重要的趋化因子是CXCL12,它与其受体CXCR7或CXCR4组成的生物轴在恶性肿瘤播散和器官特异性转移中发挥重要作用。本文就近几年CXCL12/CXCR7/CXCR4生物轴及其与口腔肿瘤发生发展的研究进展进行综述。
