摘要
目的通过对艾滋病相关症状管理系统评价/Meta分析进行再评价,为构建艾滋病相关症状管理指南提供证据支持。方法采用系统评价再评价的方法,对现有的艾滋病相关症状管理系统评价/Meta分析进行再评价。结果共纳入29份相关系统评价/Meta分析,内容主要涉及疲乏、疼痛、口腔黏膜损害、消耗性症状、健忘和认知问题、焦虑、抑郁、悲伤。结论本次系统评价再评价形成了高质量的证据资源,能够为临床实践指南的构建提供可靠的证据支持。
Objective To provide evidence support for developing clinical practice guidelines on AIDS related symptoms management by re-evaluation of AIDS related symptoms and Meta analysis. Method Re-evaluation method was adapted to evaluate the AIDS related symptoms evaluating management system and Meta analysis. Result 29 systematic reviews or Meta-analysis were included,which involved these aspects., fatigue,pain,oral mucosal damage, wasting symptoms,forgetfulness and cognitive problems,anxiety,depression and grief. Conclusion High quality evi- dence resources have been formed and reliable evidence support have been provided for the development of clinical practice guidelines based on overviews of reviews.
