历史文化街区消防规划初探——以赣州市灶儿巷历史文化街区为例

Fire Control Planning in Historic District: A Case Study of Zao'erxiang Historic and Cultural District

历史文化街区具有极高的历史价值和文化价值,一旦发生火灾,造成的巨大损失难以估量。本文以灶儿巷历史文化街区为例,剖析了其现状存在的消防安全问题,基于GIS技术评估了其火灾风险;构建了集预防、救援、评估反馈于一体的综合消防安全体系,并提出了具体的消防规划策略,以期从根本上提高历史文化街区抗御火灾的综合能力,适应街区可持续发展的需要。

Historic district has a very high historical and cultural value, but once in ease of fire, there will losses~ The paper takes a case study of the historic district of Zao＇erxiang in Ganzhou, analyzes the existing problems 0f the fire Safety in the district through the assessment of fire risk （based on GIS technology）, builds a sound fire safety system from three aspects of prevention system, rescue system and evaluation system in order to improve the ComprehensiVe ability to resist fire, and meet the needs of historic district for sustainable development.
