摘要 分析了某公司Ф159 mm MPM连轧管机组的变形工艺,针对Ф172 mm系列芯棒失效后,只能改车削一次Φ112 mm系列芯棒,存在芯棒车削量大、芯棒利用率低等问题,提出增加152 mm中间孔型系列。增加152 mm中间孔型系列后,扩大了产品规格;减少了定径机架占用量,改善了钢管壁厚精度;实现芯棒梯度车削,提高了芯棒的利用率,降低了生产成本。 The deformation process of the φ159 mm MPM plant as located at a certain domestic company is analyzed. After it failed to be continuously used, the φ172 mm series mandrel can just once re-turned to be the φ112 mm series mandrel, which brings about disadvantages like large turning quantity and low utilization of the mandrel. Addressing this problem, the 152 mm intermediate pass series is proposed to be added. As a result, the product size range is expanded, and the occupation rate of the sizing mill stands is reduced, and the wall thickness accuracy improved. Meanwhile, gradient turning of the mandrel is realized, resulting in higher mandrel utilization and lower operation cost of the plant.
