摘要
对螺旋缝焊管的残余应力进行理论分析,推导出残余应力分量环向应力、剪切应力与轴向张口长度和错位长度的函数关系,将应力分量合成为总应力计算公式;并运用推导公式计算L485钢级Ф1 016 mm×17.5mm螺旋缝焊管的残余应力。分析表明:随着张口长度、错位长度的增大,螺旋缝焊管的残余应力增大;推导出的残余应力计算公式具有简单、易计算的特点。
Theoretically analyzed is the residual stress of the SAWH pipe, and accordingly derived is the functional relationship between the residual components , i.e., the circumferential stress & the shearing stress, and the axial opening length & the displacement length. Then, the said stress components are combined to get the general stress calculation formula with which the residual stress of the φ1016mm×17.5mm L485 SAWH pipe is computed out. The analysis result shows that along with increase of both the opening length and the displacement length, the SAWH pipe' s residual stress is going up. This residual stress calculation formula features simplicity and easy use.
