摘要
介绍了目前CPE机组的主要工序,提出了卡环(挡叉)在线脱棒、行星松棒机在线松棒、脱管机离线脱管、用四辊辊模替代三辊辊模,以及旋压加工缩口部位减少切头损失的工艺改良设想。分析认为:实现在线脱/松棒,可缩短工艺流程、提高荒管温度、延长芯棒使用寿命;而用四辊辊模替代三辊辊模,可使定(减)径后的钢管由"内六方"变为"内八方",从而改善钢管壁厚精度。
Described here in the essay are the currently-used main operation steps of the CPE pipe mill. Relevant modification suggestions are put forward, including on-line mandrel extracting with a clasp (block fork) , on-line mandrel loosening by planetary mandrel loosening mill, off-line pipe extracting by extracting mill, replacing the 3-roll die with the 4-roll die, and pointing via spinning process to reduce metal loss from cropping, etc. Relevant analysis leads to the following conclusion. Thanks to the on-line mandrel extracting/loosening operation steps, the manufacturing process flow will be shortened, the shell temperature raised, and the mandrel service span expanded, while due to replacement of the 3-roll die with the 4-roll die, the inner profile of the pipe as sized (reduced) will be turned from "the hexagonal" into "the octagonal", and thus the pipe' s wall thickness accuracy will be improved.
