The Strengthening of World Multi-Polarization Trend and Sino-Russia Relations

在世界多极化趋势不断加强的复杂背景下,中俄关系具有若干新的特质:两国的经济合作日益具有战略意义;单极霸权领导者为维护传统霸权而与新兴强国围绕区域一体化问题的竞争加剧,使中俄相互战略依存加深;中俄各自领导的区域一体化机制在地理上的重叠现象加剧,利益交叉和碰撞现象增多成为新常态;中俄两国在是否挑战单极霸权或者着手改造现存国际秩序方面存在的政策差异日渐明显,需要求同存异,加强相互理解与协调。

Sino- Russia relations have some new characteristics,in the complex context of world multi- polarization trend continuously strengthen,as follows:economic cooperation between the two countries is becoming more and more strategical;strengthening competition of regional economic integration between the unipolar hegemony leader,which intends to preserve its traditional hegemony,and emerging powers make the two nations more interdependent strategically;mechanisms of regional integration,which is leaded by China and Russia respectively,have overlap geographically,increased interests intersect and collision will become the new normal;the differences of both countries' policies for challenging unipolar hegemony or remolding the existing international order are increasingly obvious.All this needs to seek common ground while putting aside differences,to enhance mutual understanding and coordination.
