中国科协代表制度系列研究(一)——提升中国科协代表履职能力的体制机制研究

Study on the Systems and Mechanisms to Enhance the Competence of Performing Duty of the Representatives of the National Congress of China Association for Science and Technology

中国科协全国代表大会代表作为中国科学技术协会全国领导机构的组成人员,在参与中国科协事务管理方面负有重要职责,是科协组织履行桥梁纽带职责的重要载体,也是促进科协组织事业健康发展的重要保障。本文通过分析中国科协八大代表的来源构成,探讨中国科协八大代表履职的现状,以期为建立健全代表工作相关制度提出一些对策建议。

As the member of national leadership of China Association for Science and Technology, the repre- sentatives of the National Congress of China Association for Science and Technology （NCCAST） bear the im- portant responsibility in participating in the affair management of China Association for Science and Technolo- gy, they are not only an important medium for the Association for Science and Technology in carrying out its function of bridge, but also an important guarantee to promote the healthy development of Association for Sci- ence and Technology. We analyzed the source composition of the representatives of the 8th NCCAST in this pa- per, discussed the present situation of representatives＇ performance, so as to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment and improvement of the related representative work system.
